This policy covers how EasyPMP delivers and supports its online Project Management courses, training programs, and certification exam preparation, as EASY PMP LLC ll as our rules for refunds and cancellations.
2. Fulfillment (Course Delivery)
- Digital Delivery: All products and services are delivered online via the EasyPMP platform.
- Instant Access: After successful payment, learners receive immediate access to purchased course(s) through their EasyPMP account.
- Confirmation Email: A confirmation message with login details and access instructions is sent to the registered email.
- Account Use: Access requires logging in with your registered credentials.
3. Learning Materials & Access Duration
- 24/7 Availability: Videos, readings, practice questions, and assignments are available 24/7 during your active access period.
- Progress Tracking: Learners can track progress via their dashboard and revisit modules anytime within the access window.
- Access Period: Unless otherwise stated at checkout, access is granted for the period shown at purchase (e.g., 3, 6, or 12 months). After expiry, renewal or re-purchase is required.
4. Exams, Quizzes & Certificates
- Digital Assessments: Practice exams and quizzes are delivered and completed online
- Certificates: A certificate of completion can be generated once all required modules are successfully completed.
5. Content Updates
EASY PMP LLC periodically updates courses to reflect current Project Management standards and practices (e.g., PMI frameworks, Agile/Scrum).
6. Technical Requirements
- Stable internet connection and a modern EASY PMP LLC b browser.
- Enabled cookies and JavaScript for full platform functionality.
- Some content may require audio playback; ensure your device supports it.

8. Refunds & Cancellations
- 7-Day Window: You may request a refund within 7 days of purchase if you have not accessed, streamed, or downloaded any course materials.
- Method & Timing: Approved refunds are processed to the original payment method within 5–7 business days.
- How to Request: Email support@easypmp.org with your order number and reason. You may also reach us on WhatsApp/phone at +20 109 401 4982.
- Cancellations: Because access is delivered digitally and instantly, cancellations are not possible once course access has been granted. If you enrolled by mistake and have not accessed content, contact us immediately.
9. Non-Refundable Cases
- Requests made after 7 days from the purchase date.
- If course content has been accessed, streamed, or downloaded.
- Completed courses or certificates that have already been issued.
