Thank you for choosing EasyPMP.org. This Fulfillment Policy outlines how we handle the delivery of our digital products and services, as well as our refund and cancellation terms.

📦 Order Fulfillment

All our offerings are digital products (e.g., courses, study materials, exam preparation tools). Upon successful payment, you will gain immediate access to your purchased items via your account dashboard or email confirmation.

If you do not receive access within 15 minutes of your purchase, please contact us at support@easypmp.org.

🔁 Refunds and Cancellations

• You may request a refund within 7 days of your purchase if you have not accessed or downloaded any of the material.
• Refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 5–7 business days of approval.
• To request a refund, contact us at support@easypmp.org with your order number and reason for the request.

No refunds will be granted:

• After 7 days from the purchase date.
• If the content has already been accessed or downloaded.

❌ Cancellations

Since our products are digital and delivered immediately, orders cannot be canceled after purchase. Please review all items carefully before confirming payment.
